1. Delivery time. Your order will normally be delivered within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise has been stated in our Order Acknowledgement & Confirmation form. It is strongly recommended that you give us a telephone number with your order in case we wish to contact you about any delivery, or order details, issues.

2. Delivery enquiries. If your goods have not arrived on the agreed date, you would have probably heard from us before that. If not, please do not hesitate to e-mail us (customer.service@xarasoccer.co.uk) or call us (0800 - 03 26 250) to find out.

3. Warranty. Xara Sportswear guarantees its Jerseys, shorts, socks and T/Ss against materials and manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery of the goods providing that the goods have not been misused and have been cared for as per the given instructions.

4. Wrong delivery. In case of wrong delivery caused by Xara Sportswear's own fault, we will either replace them or refund them providing that the goods are returned to Xara. Before returning goods, please call Xara Sportswear (0800 - 03 26 250) to get an authorization for the return.

5. Exchanging goods. Once goods have been delivered correctly, Xara Sportswear will not replace them.

6. Returning faulty goods. In case of faulty goods been delivered, we will either replace them or refund them providing that the goods have not been misused and have been cared for as per the given instructions and providing that they are returned to Xara. Before returning goods, please call Xara Sportswear (0800 - 03 26 250) to get an authorization for the return. We would advise you to return goods by Special Delivery as Xara Sportswear cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. All postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods being returned are faulty.

7. Credit cards payments. Please note that cheque/credit card transactions will be processed prior to the dispatch of order.

8. Accuracy of visual images. Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurate as possible, however web colours may vary slightly from the actual product colour.

9. Transfer of goods title. Ownership of goods will remain with Xara Sportswear until and unless they have been fully paid for.
